Free Shipping Requirements

All LucyandPhyllis.com orders for eligible items totaling $35 or more qualify for Free Standard Shipping within the continental U.S.

How do I qualify for Free Standard Shipping on LucyandPhyllis.com orders?

  1. Add at least $35 (before tax is applied) worth of eligible items to your bag. 
  2. Proceed to Checkout and be sure that the pre-selected "Standard Shipping" option is chosen.
  3. Complete your Checkout.

  • Free Shipping applies to orders made at LucyandPhyllis.com and shipped within the U.S. only.
  • The $35 minimum purchase for Non-Members is calculated after all other discounts (including organizational discounts, and/or coupons) are applied.
  • Charges relating to shipping, handling, taxes, and gift wrapping will not be included to meet the $35 minimum.
  • Items that are not eligible for Free Shipping:
               
                 • Gift Cards
                 • Gift Certificates
                 • Magazines
                 • Digital products such as eBooks, SparkNotes, Quamut Charts, digital magazines, PDF files, and audiobook MP3s
                 • Lucy & Phyllis Membership
                 • Unusually sized or overweight items 
                 • Any other item not identified as eligible for Free Shipping.
  • Free Shipping does not apply to orders where you changed your shipping preference to something other than "Standard Shipping".
  • The Free Shipping offer will not apply to any order where cancellations or returns reduce the amount of qualifying purchases to less than $35; Lucy & Phyllis reserves the right to charge applicable shipping and handling costs to any such orders.

Free Member Shipping

We're proud to offer Lucy & Phyllis Members FREE Shipping on all eligible orders within the continental United States.  There is no minimum purchase amount required, but there are a few exclusions listed below that do apply.

How do I receive Free Member Shipping?

  1. Place at least one eligible item in your bag.
  2. Proceed to Checkout when you're ready to complete your purchase.
  3. During Checkout, confirm that the "FREE Member Shipping" option is selected under Delivery Options.
  4. The shipping charges for the order display $0.00. Enter any remaining shipping or billing details, then submit your order.

What exclusions apply?

Free Shipping applies to orders made at LucyandPhyllis.com.

The following items are not eligible for Free Shipping: Gift Cards, Gift Certificates, Magazines, Digital Products, SparkNotes, Quamut Charts, Digital Magazines, other PDF files, and Audiobook MP3s, Lucy & Phyllis Membership and unusually sized or overweight items, or any items that do not expressly state that they are eligible for Free Shipping.

When should I expect to receive my purchase?

Order cutoff time is 3:00 EST (Monday - Friday)

Order Handling Time is 1 - 4 Business Days

Shipping Time is 3-6 Business Days


Business Days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays observed by the Post Office and UPS, including but not limited to New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

If you enroll in the Lucy & Phyllis Membership program today, you can take advantage of your Member benefits immediately and receive Free Member Shipping on today's order.

Purchases made prior to enrolling in the Member Program will not be credited for a retroactive refund.  Membership benefits cannot be used in conjunction with any coupons, unless specifically stated, or with any corporate or prearranged group discounts such as the following: Educator discounts; employee discounts; or corporate or institutional discounts.

Delivery Expectations

We do our best to estimate delivery dates for your purchase.

The estimated date of delivery of your LucyandPhyllis.com order and the cost of shipping depends on which Delivery Speed you select during Checkout, which factors in item availability, processing time, and transit time. Shipping times shown on LucyandPhyllis.com reflect how long the shipment will take to arrive after it has left the warehouse/shipping facility.

Please note: You may receive your items on different days and in multiple boxes. When your items ship, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information you can use to track them online.

Pricing shown for shipping within the contiguous United States for one item. Additional items will be charged a $0.99/per item fee for shipping. 

NOTE: Standard Shipping is free for all Members regardless of order value/cart value and for Non-Members when you purchase $35 or more in qualifying items. 

After your order has been placed, you can track your order status on LucyandPhyllis.com.

About Order Status Emails

When you complete your order on LucyandPhyllis.com, we update you on the status of your order by email.

These emails include, but are not limited to:

  • Confirmation that your order was successfully submitted.
  • Notification of the date(s) we expect to ship your item(s).
  • Verification that your item(s) shipped, with tracking information.
  • Information regarding any issues we may encounter while fulfilling your order.

If you placed an order on lucyandPhyllis.com but have not received an order confirmation email within a few hours, this email may be blocked by email filtering software. This software can be hosted in:

   -  Your computer's email system
   -  The email system at your place of work
   -  By an email provider
   -  By an Internet service provider

Changes to the Free Shipping Program 

Lucy & Phyllis.com may change or discontinue Free Shipping at any time in its sole discretion.   However, you would still receive Free Shipping for any eligible purchases made prior to any change to the Free Shipping program.
